Andrea's vision is an inclusive society where every one feels equally heard, valued and respected, and that they are welcome and belong in every space they find themselves or choose to enter.  

She passionately use her knowledge, skills, experience, and privilege to create an inclusive, equitable and just society.  Andrea is a former Professor at Monash University, and Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne.  She works with individuals, communities, organisations and sectors to solve systemic societal problems. 

Andrea is an experienced leader with 20+ years' experience of governance, management and leadership across multiple sectors.  She has lived experience of being a culturally diverse woman, woman of colour and from a migrant background.  She is also a legal practitioner and research professional.

In 2023, Andrea founded Diverse MediaXion to realise her vision - one dispute at a time.   She believes that by quickly and effectively resolving disputes we will become a more inclusive and equitable society. 

At Diverse MediaXion, our dispute resolution processes are evidence-based and accessible for everyone, especially those who are culturally diverse, people of colour and others from marginalised and disadvantaged groups.
